Botanical Ingredients:  Chamomile, Rose Petals, Juniper Berries, Rosemary, Spearmint. 

Directions: Put desired amount of tea into muslin bag and hang the bag from the faucet and let the water run through it. When you've finished, turn the bag inside out, toss the used botanical's, rinse bag and allow to air dry. You can also machine wash the bag on delicate and tumble dry low.
