Ingredients: 
Coconut Oil, Palm Oil is sustainable and certified by the RSPO, Canola Oil, Castor Oil, Vitamin E, Moringa Oil, Distilled Water, Sodium Hydroxide, Mica, and Fragrance.
 
Directions: Wet skin, Firmly hold it, as it will slip from your hands. Then run it all over your body, covering yourself in suds. Then thoroughly rinse your self off.
