Ingredients:  
Coconut Oil, Palm Oil, Canola Oil, Olive Oil, Castor Oil, Vitamin E, Distilled Water, Sodium Hydroxide, Activated Charcoal, French Green Clay, Pine Tar, Goat Milk, Tumeric, Flower Buds/Flowers, and Essential Oils.  
 
Directions: Wet skin, Firmly hold it, as it will slip from your hands. Then run it all over your body, covering yourself in suds. Then thoroughly rinse yourself off.  
 
*Bars are between 8 and 9 oz's
