Frequently Asked Questions

1. How many people can I book a reservation for? You can book for up to seven people. (if need more please email)

2. How far in advance can I book? We would recommend at least a week out; our spaces fill up quick!

3. How long will the experience last? The process can take up to 30-45 minutes to create your custom candle, and then about 2 hours to cure. We recommend checking out the surrounding restaurants and shops during the curing time.

4. Can I take candles home the same day? Candles require about 2 Hours to cure and finish before it can be taken home. If you need the candles the same day, we recommend making a reservation at least 3 hours before closing. We can also ship for a flat rate of $12.00 per address (Continental US Only)

5. What is included in price? It includes everything needed to create your custom candle! (Vessel, wax, wick, fragrance oil). You'll leave with a custom candle and you also get a discounted refill if you bring your clean vessel back in. 

6. What is the minimum age to create a custom candle? Four years old, parental supervision is required for all minors and a wavier must be sign.

7. What is your cancelation and refund policy? No cancelations or refunds. If you are unable to make your scheduled appointment, please notify us within 48 hours before the time of your pouring, you can reschedule your booking once. If you are a no show up to your appointment, you lose your slot as well as funds paid. If you are more than 15 mins late, there may be a delay in seating or rescheduling may be advised.

8. Can I walk in and make a candle without a reservation? Yes! Walk ins are accepted daily as space allows.

9. Can I bring my candle jar back for another candle? Yes, we only accept our candle vessels, and you can save 50% for a candle refill! (It can take up to a week to be ready for pick up or shipping). If you do not pick up your refill within 30 days, it will be donated to a charity.

10. Can I make more than one candle at once? Yes, you can make up to two at once. The extra candle will be purchased in store.

11. BYOB? You are welcome to BYOB! Beer, Seltzers, And Wine Only! For wine, there is a minimum of 2 people per bottle! Disposable drinkware is available. ID required.
12. Can I buy empty vessels or fragrance oils from you? Yes, you can purchase empty vessels for $18.00 each.  We do not sell fragrance oils at this time.
13. Can I schedule a workshop after hours? If you have a party of 12 or more, yes. Please send us an email to inquire.
